Fresh TV Distribution Inc. Return Policy

This return and exchange policy is subject to change. However, no changes to the policy will be applied retroactively to products you have already purchased from us. The last date this policy was amended is posted above.

Capitalized terms referenced in this policy have the same meaning attributed to them in our Terms and Conditions of Use, which are incorporated by reference. 

No Returns Unless a Product was Damaged on Arrival

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, or unless indicated on our Website, or in this Return Policy, all orders placed on our Website are final and cannot be returned. 

We do, however, permit returns and/or issue a replacement product for orders that were either:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival at your shipping address;
  • Delivered incorrectly, for example, if we or our fulfilment providers shipped you the wrong product; or 
  • For whatever reason, paid for and not delivered. 

If you received an item from us that was damaged or defective upon arrival, you must take photos of the product as soon as practical. Please send the photos, along with your order number, to lucasthespidercontact@gmail.com no later than three (3) days after the item arrived at your shipping address. 

One of our representatives will assess the damage or defect, and if a return is approved, in our reasonable discretion, we will provide return shipping instructions and/or issue a replacement at no additional cost. We reserve the right not to process a replacement product for shipping unless and until your damaged items are returned to us. 

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us or the applicable fulfiller, you jeopardize a refund being granted or exchanged product being approved.

For products that you allege were not delivered, you agree that we may rely on information from our fulfilment and shipping providers to make a reasonable assessment and decision on whether products ordered were or were not delivered and whether a replacement product will be issued. We may also rely on shipping tracking codes to make such a determination. We are not responsible for products which may be stolen any time after they were delivered to your shipping address, whether as a result of being left in the open by the shipper or otherwise. Title to and risk of loss to the products shall pass to you upon our shipper or carrier making delivery and/or confirming to us that they made delivery. 

We accept no responsibility for damage you or any third party causes to the products and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Return and Exchange Costs

If we do permit an undamaged product to be returned, whether as a result of applicable laws or by specifying so on our Website or a product listing page, organizing return shipping and all associated costs, including shipping fees, customs, duties and any applicable taxes are your responsibility. Even in the event returns are permitted by us, to be eligible for a return, your item (i) must be unused; (ii) in the same condition you received it in; and (iii) in the original packaging.

In our sole discretion, we may elect to issue a refund in lieu of issuing a replacement product to you. If, for any reason we are to issue a refund under this policy, once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item and whether your refund has been approved. 

Unfortunately, your refund cannot be processed until the item in question has been returned to us. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are unable to issue a refund using a different payment method. If more than seven (7) days passes from the time you returned your item and you have not received your refund, please email us at the address above.
